Effective January 2, 2025, New Dimension Group (NDG) will no longer serve as the Crisis Walk-In Center for Duplin County. After 15 years of providing this vital service, Trillium has decided to discontinue the support for this program.

NDG remains fully committed to our patients and their well-being. While this service will no longer be available, we continue to offer high-quality care through our other services.
